Local Pickup & Delivery

We are pleased to offer free local pickup and delivery for orders within a 30 km radius of Windsor, Ontario. If your address falls within this range, you can select local delivery at checkout. Orders eligible for free local delivery will be processed promptly, and we will coordinate drop-off timing with you.

Shipping Within Canada

For customers across Canada, we offer free shipping on all orders over $160 CAD. Orders below this amount will be subject to standard shipping rates, which will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, and various European countries.

• Free shipping is available for orders over $250 CAD to these destinations.
• Orders below $250 CAD will be charged standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout.
• Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

• Local orders (pickup & delivery) are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days.
• Canada-wide shipping orders are processed within 2-5 business days, with estimated delivery times varying based on your location.
• International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the shipping destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
