Politique de remboursement

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in an unused or gently used condition. Gently used means the product is no more than 50% used.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  1. Products that are over 50% used.

  2. Items marked as final sale, or items purchased with a gift card. 

  3. Products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat or moisture).

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer care team at info@nadalinaskin.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.

Prepare Your Package: Include the original receipt or proof of purchase, and securely package the item to avoid damage during transit.

Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
