Where are your products made?
Our products are proudly made in Canada! Our products were conceived in Europe, and sourced around the world in mainly European countries, New Zealand, South Korea, South America, Canada and the USA. All of our products are EU standards of skincare. We strive to create the safest, most natural products with high quality and sustainably sourced actives. The EU has banned or restricted over 1300 chemical ingredients in cosmetic products.
What is the product shelf life?
All Nadalina Skin products are shelf stable for 12 months, once opened we recommend using them within 3 months to get the best
results.
Are your products cruelty free?
Our products, like all products made in Canada, are legally required to be cruelty-free. As of December 2023, Canada's new regulations prohibit cosmetic testing on animals and the sale of cosmetics that rely on animal testing data.
Are your products vegan or sulfate free?
All of Nadalina Skin products are vegan, free of parabens, sulfates, PEGs, phthalates, silicones, formaldehyde, mineral oil, and other harsh chemicals. We are proudly natural.
Are your products gluten-free?
We are proud to state that our products are gluten free, however we cannot guarantee that the raw materials used are 100% gluten free.
Are your products organic?
Our products are mostly organic with the exception of a few ingredients.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are considered to be generally safe for people with sensitive skin. However, you should always check with your healthcare professional on what is safe to use for your skin as everyone’s skin differs.
Are your products safe to use while pregnant or nursing?
Our products are 100% natural and non toxic, and do not contain any retinols or acids, which are generally recommended to avoid while pregnant or breastfeeding. Our products do contain Bakuchiol, which is deemed safe for pregnant women and use in the sun. However, consult your healthcare professional for all questions relating to pregnancy and breastfeeding and what is deemed safe to use on your skin.
How do I store my products?
We recommend storing your products in a dark and cool place. Don’t leave them in the sun or in an area where the sun will directly shine on them. Due to their natural ingredients it is best to keep them out of heat and direct sunlight. Storing them in a cupboard or a medicine cabinet in a cool and dry environment. We wouldn't recommend leaving them in the shower with excess heat and moisture.
Do your products contain fragrances?
Everything in our products are lightly scented with organic essential oils.
Do your products contain any nuts?
Our Radiant Cleanser contains Almond oil. We cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination if you have a nut allergy. Other possible allergens in our products; orange oil, apricot oil, avocado oil, sunflower oil, peach kernel oil, rosemary oil, lavender oil and apricot oil. We recommend you read our full ingredient list before purchasing or using any of our products if you have allergies. We cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
What products are best for my skin type?
We offer two different skincare systems for sale.
The Radiant Duo and the Balancing Duo. Both are great to help restore and balance the skins natural barrier. The Radiant Duo is great to help with hydration and helping to boost collagen production in the skin. The Balancing Duo is great to help brighten and lighten pigmentation and to help unclog the pores. Overall either duo is great to help promote a deeply nourishing glow. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free pickup and delivery of local orders within 30 KM distance. Shipping on all other orders shipped within Canada free over $160. Orders shipped to the US, Australia and various European countries are free shipping over $250.
What is your return policy?
We will accept any full size products for return within 2 weeks of delivery date, and as long as the product is half full. We will not accept returns on empty bottles. All purchases with a giftcard are final sale.
